This is what his advertisement said
It expressly says fits a 2025 570 full size and it does not. not even close. He refuses return and Ebay is not much better, so they condone this type of advertising. BUYER BEWARE

That would be irritating.
I don't think there's such a thing where you can't get your money back...
especially since it's "not as described".
If all else fails...
contact your payment source.

You received an item that is NOT AS DESCRIBED. You are protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee if you use it correctly and in a timely fashion which would be within 30 days of receipt.
Go to this transaction in your Purchase History. Click on "want to return". For reason, use "not as described".
The seller is required to either send you a prepaid return shipping label or to refund you and allow you to keep the item. He has 3 days to make this choice.
On day #4, if nothing has happened, return to the case and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded without being required to return the item. If, however, you've received a prepaid return label, you need to return the item quickly. The seller will refund when he receives the item.
Make a note: If the problem is handled correctly, the seller CANNOT refuse the return.
eBay's MBG is quite good. All buyers should read it, preferably before starting to buy here. How about reading it now. Hopefully, you won't have a buying problem in the future, but wouldn't it be good to know exactly how to handle it if one should arise?

...and I just had a thought...
I don't think your seller purposely tried to be a fraud...
any decent seller would know they're just going to have to pay it back.
The name doesn't sound like they're auto people...
*checks out seller*
Oh my...

Just so you know nobody here would have even have known about this seller. Most buyers just make purchases randomly from sellers based on the item being sold. Ebay gives a strong 30 day money back guarantee for items not as described.

The item appears to be accurately described.
I looked at the listing. Just as the seller stated in his reply to your feedback, the listing doesn't say that it fits a 2025 vehicle.
From the description:
Fitment: Replace #2889223. Compatible with Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 2017-2025, Polaris Ranger Crew 1000 2020-2025, Polaris Ranger Crew XP 900 2015-2019, Polaris Ranger Crew 900 2015-2016, Polaris Ranger Crew Diesel 2015-2018, Polaris Ranger Crew XP 570, Polaris Ranger Crew 570 Full-Size 2015
But I do wonder about the category in which it was listed. Why would the seller do that?
