I purchased an item that doesn't fit and needs to be returned. My initial issue was that I couldn't contact the seller. They got a live person and set up a dialog with the seller, who was supposed to contact me within 3 days. no response. Now I cant get in touch with a live person and all other attempts were just articles which is not any help at all.

There's no need @thom1671.myycowmh6 to contact anyone when you received an item that doesn't fit and needs to be returned. It's all automated.
Just go to the Order Details page for your item > Additional actions > Return this item > to start a return request.
If it doesn't fit because you ordered the wrong size, etc. and the seller accepts returns, choose Does not fit and you'll pay return shipping. Or if it doesn't fit because the seller sent the wrong size or wrong item, choose Wrong item sent and the seller must pay for return shipping or just refund no return needed.

Does the listing show a return policy?
Did you receive an item that was the same size as advertised?
