Confirm Return button is not enabled

I want to return an item that I ordered in error but the "Confirm Return" button is not enabled.

eBay now needs pictures, before  the "Confirm Return" button is enabled.

It's been awhile since I had a Return, either buying or selling. I did not know this was required now. Thanks for the info!

I did just posted a detail message in the box and posted 2 pictures..still the confirm will not light up.
