Cancel a return request

I need to cancel a return request, please help...

Why do you need to cancel it? Is the seller promising you something if you cancel it? Telling they will refund you but they "cant" until the request is cancelled? Or, are you cancelling because you are now going to keep the item?

Don't try to cancel until you tell us exactly why you want to cancel. This might be for your own benefit.

I don't think you have to cancel it. If you have changed your mind and no longer want to return the item after all, just let the return window run out of time. It will close by itself.  I have had a buyer buy something, receive it and decide the color didn't work for her, open a return case, and then her daughter said "no, don't return it, I want it!" So she gave it to her daughter. Just never initiated the return, and after 30 days, the return window closed on its own.
