Hi
Seems strange that you cannot open a return if you already opened one. I opened a return for an item as the seller description was completely wrong, and didn't fit my vehicle. I started a return but was then directed to pay for the return, which I didn't want to do as was not my error. So I cancelled thinking I chose the wrong return option, as there is no way to go back and amend. But apparently, this is not possible which I find bizarre. The very least you should be able to amend a return in case of error, or if you close one you should be able to create a new one. I have messaged the seller but I very much doubt I will get my items returned. Ebay just said
1. cannot open a new return.
2. Contact seller.
3. If no joy, reverse the payment.

Once you close a case, it can NEVER be reopened. You must have chosen it did not fit. You needed to choose not as described for a free return.
If you paid by credit card, contact your card company. If not, the payment service you used.
