I purchased a signed item that failed ebay authenticity guarantee because it was listed wrong but is still shipping to me. What do I do now? I want a refund but the seller doesn’t except.

The eBay Authenticity Guarantee guarantees that your item is authentic --
we bought the company that authenticates the items, so we self-authenticate.
But what if it isn't? Anyone? Since eBay insists that it is a final sale, with no returns --
what does the eBay Authenticity Guarantee offer in recourse if the item is actually not authentic?

What do I do now?
You can open a Return request once you get the item, citing 'Doesn't seem authentic' and the seller will issue a return shipping label. Once you return the 'failed' item to the seller, you'll be refunded in full. If the seller doesn't issue a return label... watch the timeline and escalate to eBay when you can. The refund will be immediate, and you won't have to return the item.
The Money Back Guarantee is iron clad for buyers when used properly. Good luck.
