anybody having problems printing a shipping label, every time i try it says error and i have tried everything. thanks in advance

Yes, I'm having the same problem, very frustrating.  I'm getting this message when trying to generate a label:

"Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

Check that the address format is correct.
