I can't request a total in the shopping cart. There is no Link "request total"
It says "You can't request a total because the seller has already offered a discount for these items."
But the seller insist that he doesn't offer a discount. Is it a glitch?

Go with what the seller tells you it is sellers item listing s/he calls the policy and knows if they offer a discount

Hi, seller can't do nothing
I have to send a “request a total” from the shopping cart, after that he can send me an invoice. But I can't send a request because my shopping cart doesn't have a LINK, it just written in black letters “request a total” and it says “you can't request a total because the seller has already offered a discount for these items”. I think this is because some items (I want to buy more than 30 items) have free shipping. But none of the products in the store listed with free shipping. I sent a screenshot from my shopping cart to the seller and he said that this is crazy, he does not offer a discount, the buyer must send a request. The shipping is $20 and I have to pay $340 instead of $20. I've been trying to pay for two weeks now.

Two weeks ???
Is the transaction still valid seller can now cancel transaction if buyer fails to pay after 5th day.
forget about requesting a total just pay for it
Ignore the cart altogether
You actually do not need an invoice you can pay straight from purchase history by clicking 'pay now' have you tried doing that?

All this items have not been bought yet, only added to the shopping cart

In that case you will just need to click pay now to purchase
You can also just pay from listing
Using the cart ,To pay for multiple items from the same seller you should be able to click 'pay only this seller' and purchase selected items
Good Luck

Remove all the items from the cart. Ask seller to create a new fixed price listing with all the items you want included at the agreed on price for items and shipping.
Or if you trust the seller, purchase all items separately, but do not pay until seller sends you an adjusted invoice for the combined shipping.

There are any number of things that qualify as a discount, including sales, volume pricing, shipping promos, order discounts and more. It's difficult to tell you what the discount is without seeing the listings. If you want, you can PM the item numbers to me and I'll take a closer look for you and help you figure this out @spir920. Just click on my username and the "send message" function through the community forum.

Seller requires immediate payment for each item. Also they have a shipping policy - $20 for the first item, and shipping of each additional item is free. He offered to send me an invoice through Paypal if I send him the list of items which I want to buy. Customer service told me in the chat that the seller can send me a seller invoice. Is this paypal invoice the same as a seller invoice?

No, you do not want to pay outside ebay, or you will lose your ebay protection and violate ebay policy.

No, it is not the same thing. A PayPal invoice means they're taking the sale off eBay which is against policy.
If their combined shipping rules are set up properly, then when you go to the checkout page you should see the shipping discount reflected. If it's a promotion and not a policy then you will need to manually select the shipping discount on the checkout page.
