Besides the utterly useless message, who f..ed it up AGAIN and when will this be fixed??
I know Covid is responsible for the pathetic quality control at the development department, so no need to blame it on that...

How full is full?
Not all items can be combined in one checkout, and there are limits to the total number of line items.
If you have items from multiple sellers, try checking out each seller's items individually.
If the items are all from one seller, try requesting an invoice -- you may be able to pay using a link from the seller.
There may be a problem with one item holding up the rest; if you can identify the one item and remove it, the other items may check out.

I know I'm late to the party, but I suspect the buyer doesn't want to spend his time essentially debugging eBay's garbage programming. After spending 40+ years as a programmer, when I encounter the daily eBay bug - most of which I can spot in the code myself - the LAST thing I want to do is help someone who has taken the job of a fellow American programmer because eBay wanted to cut their costs and move things overseas (as they've done with their programming and customer "support"). Since eBay doesn't seem to believe in beta-testing their changes, they dump them into the live system and hope for the best. Worse, they're chasing away buyers who don't want to be those testers, and who can probably find their items elsewhere for less because of eBay's ever-increasing fees. I have a three-ring-binder that is now 3-1/2" thick and contains the bugs I have encounter in two decades here, and I've copied much of that to DVD because it is outgrowing the binder. I've offered to assist eBay in the resolution of these bugs (even before they sent support overseas), but it's clear they're not interested because the money is still flowing.
As a seller, it disgusts me that I encounter a new bug every day, report it to eBay, yet nothing changes in the "System Status Board"; I'll be checking that code next to see it's just hard-wired to show every status as green all the time!
