Is ebay having issues today with invoicing. I have been trying for two days to invoice my customer a combined order and keep getting this error message.

Yes, I'm getting the same error message.  Unfortunately eBay also has problems with buyers not being able to pay.  The solution that sometimes works is if the seller sends an invoice.  Ironic, isn't it, when buyers can't send invoices?

There is more than one way to send an invoice -- try an alternative method to see if that makes a difference.

If the link in Orders under Seller Hub is not working, try using the old Beta "Sold" page, and vice versa.

 

Also worth trying: use another browser or the eBay app.

Thanks. I tried both old beta and new seller hub. Also both Edge and Chrome browsers. Cleared cache. All still the same error message. Must just be an ebay issue.

Edge and Chrome are both Chromium-based browsers, assuming you have the latest versions. It might still be worth trying Firefox or Opera, or the eBay app.

 

Though as you say, it may be a problem on eBay's end.
