"Something went wrong"

I haven't been able to see my saved sellers in over a month. It keeps telling me that "Something went wrong". I'm getting very frustrated that this feature isn't working because this is how I find what I'm looking for. Does anyone else have this problem?

Any difference if you use another browser? Or the eBay app?

If you are unable to load your Saved Sellers page directly, are you able to reach your saved sellers via your Feed page?

If you click on the number of saved sellers shown at the top of the page, you should see a drop-down list of all your saved sellers, where each name is a link to the seller's profile page. From there you should be able to see the seller's items for sale.

I use the ebay app. The feed page doesn't give me all the sellers only pictures of items being sold. There are no numbers at the top of the screen for me to click on. I just went back to my sellers page and it finally loaded but I wonder for how long this will last for

Try using a browser, preferably a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

I am able to view saved sellers in the app by going to the Saved page, selecting Sellers and then waiting a bit for the page to load.

If you get a "No items available" message, or if nothing loads, try swiping down to refresh the page.
