Currently I have a problem to solve my latest not received case

From my side, tracking indicates, that item was shipped under stated handling time. And arrived to destination zip code on time!
Contacted directly USPS but couldn't gave any more details.

I'm right as well, buyer is also right because buyer didn't received an item,
To get maximum customer satisfaction, I can issue full refund for this case. BUT.

If I go on that way, I'll get defect rate under
"Item not received requests"
Because eBay will adjust it automatically

Which will result later on to receive more then 1% of VERY HIGH "Item not received requests".
Causing my "Estimated Delivery Date" EDD rise up to 2 months! Instead of Stated Handling + Shipping dates!

P.S Asked several times with eBay chat support different departments, including IRN team and all of them left the chat at the end, without any solution!

Looking at the tracking there was a scan on June 27th.  ebay should grant an extension to the INR (not sure how long but i think 1 week is sometimes granted), have you asked them to extend the date?

Also, have you tried calling the PR USPS or your origin USPS rather than the 800 number and asking them to check their internal system details or trace the package?

Just a couple of ideas if the buyer is understanding it could buy you a little extra time for another scan to come through.

All did correct! But eBay gave me another  "Item not received requests" defect in performance Service Metrics!


This is insane! eBay is bullying SELLERS without any reason, unless someone could provide a correct solution of this case!
