Good morning. Sort of. Has anyone had an issue sending a message to a customer today or yesterday? I keep getting "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I think that may say it all at this particular time. Just sayin.

Your not the only one having the problem.  I have tried to email a buyer 4 times this morning and I am getting the same message.  Good Luck**

Yes, I encountered the same thing when trying to answer a question on one of my listings. Nothing I tried could clear the error in replying, but I was able to successfully send the user a reply by going to his own feedback page, and clicking on the Contact Member link. I had a reply from him later, so he did receive my reply successfully that way.

Glad I'm not the only one. Messaging thru their stupid app works. Of course I don't want to use the tiny hard to navigate app on my phone, want to use my computer, but it has worked.... If they are forcing people to switch to the app for everything, I may be done with Ebay......

Thanks. This message was from a potential repeat customer so I messaged from the contact member link. Oh, this. I just got a message from ebay for a 4 minute survey to let them know how they are doing. Methinks I will hold off on that right now as I am not a happy camper this morning.
