feedback issue

My seller hub keeps telling me Ive receive 343 feedback today then its 3 then its 56 ect... there has been 1 feedback left today and it was a negative with a positive comment is it just all screwed up today or what?

I don't know, but I'd sure call eBay and get that feedback comment removed or fixed or whatever. That should not be allowed to stand.

People have been reporting issues with feedback in the Seller Hub lately, but I haven't heard that particular one . . . and I'm sure the negative feedback with a positive comment is a user (buyer) error, not an eBay glitch. As sure as I can be, anyway.
