ended listings - removed - how to find again

Hi. OK, I'm not sure the title of the post is quite accurate so let me try and explain.

I joined our company a month ago. Im new to eBay so Im learning as I go.

Three weeks ago we had +800 Ended Listings. Now we have only +200. We learnt this is because ebay automatically removes ended listings if they are more than 90 days old.

eBay told me the +600 listings can be relisted IF we can provide them with a spreadsheet containing all the old item numbers.

Well and good, however, the previous employee deleted the old spreadsheet of our stock and we no longer have those item numbers.

Question: does eBay retain records of those item numbers, and if so, how can we access them or get them to simply review our account and relist them?

TIA

- Eyal

The best way going forward would be to use a solution such as MyCostPro which downloads this data and keeps this kind it indefinately.  MyCostPro is an eBay certified app that collects sales data automatically.

Since it is now past the 90 days, and eBay only provides detailed level of info on past sales for this duration, my best advice would be to get the data through paypals data download. (assuming you collected payment via paypal).
