ebay callbacks, no one is calling me but sending me messages saying they cant get in touch with me

What's going on with eBays customer service? this has happened multiple times this week, I'm not receiving any phone calls but getting messages from eBay saying they tried to call me and couldn't get a hold of me.

There is nothing wrong with my phone and I am not getting any phone calls, they are either having technical issues or not trying to call me and saying they are. either way it needs fixed.
