I recently sold some items that the buyer picked up from me. Now I have 4 defects for not adding tracking. What can I do? There is no one to talk to or email.  I do not want to lose my "top rated seller" status. I was emailing with someone at ebay and suddenly they are "not monitoring this mailbox".

Hey ipdq,

 

Having account defects is definitely something you don't want and I would suggest giving support a call so someone can investigate that and get it removed for you.

I have spoken with someone from ebay at least 3 times. They are foreign, and do not seem to understand.  They are going to elevate the case, but the new person does not understand either. I cannot make them understand there is no tracking if the item is picked up rather than shipped.
