closed return order by mistake

I need to return one of two items purchase. I tried to change the quantity of items returning and the return order was closed. It won't let me reopen the return order. I need your help.

Sorry, when you close a return, you can't reopen it or start another one.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them, but you'll have to pay return shipping.

Yes... if you botched the eBay claim, you'll go to PayPal (if you used them) next, and finally your CC. Good luck.
