There are 3 items from an order of 14 which need to be returned. After successfully making a return request for 1 item, I begin a new, separate request: the reason for return, the amount requested and a photo of the next item and eBay will not allow the "confirm return" button to be clicked. It remains gray and unresponsive. Repeated attempts produce the same result.
