bulk edit for updating shipping not working - 5th post, in forums, with no response OR no solution?

PLEASE HELP:  I call customer service yesterday and on the line for almost 30 minutes with no resolution or ideas BUT was promised that rep would contact a different area to try and figure out what was going on AND they said they would probably call me back in 30 minutes or more.  OF COURSE, NOBODY CALLED BACK - nobody followed up - no system announcements (as I can see others are having the same problem) - no post under technical forums.  

 

It appears days ago ebay was doing some testing as I saw my listings showing my listing price with my shipping underneath my listing price (though it did not state anything about combined shipping or other shipping options) BUT a while after I saw this info it went away.  It was after this that I have had problems with bulk edit.  I also noticed that my "3 days" handling time was back to "1 day".

Hi, I've tried 5 times now.  I've tried in IE11 and Chrome ... I select all items and go to domestic shipping and put in the accurate info then click save and all I get is a red message "

Edit domestic shipping

 

Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields."
 
I was doing this because a bunch of sellers have messaged me they are getting charged shipping on every item where I have (for years) charged only one S&H charge with all additional items free.  They called eBay and were told it was me not them.  Many of these are repeat buyers that now I only have one S&H charge
 
All of this started today though I have been getting sales fine.  I even suggested to delete the items in their cart and repurchase in case eBay was just having a glitch - no luck.  I will, for now, refund the extra S&H fees they are charged ...

Doesn't anyone from technical monitor this - I am not alone.  Today is day #8 that I can bulk edit domestic flat shipping cost for each additonal item without getting a red error messages not allowing me to update:

Heidi has responded and reported to the tech teams. The solution may be reported there, when available.

eBay is continually updating this site. Some advice given may have changed. Please reply to this thread, to let us know if this advice works for you.
