Wrong billing address

It keeps telling me that I have a wrong billing address for my debit/credit card 

And I checked it multiple times and there is nothing wrong with it , and I don't know why it keeps asking me to entre my card details and I already entered them successfully and nothing went wrong , and because of that I couldn't upload any listing , so please some help would be great and much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Updating your personal information | eBay

Check your paper credit card bill and make sure the address matches exactly what you are entering on eBay.
