Been a member of eBay since the 90s, but this is my second account. I think it's still ~17 years old though.
eBay messages have always sucked, but why, this far into the future, do they still suck?
2 sentences takes up 2,000 lines on a webpage, and it's hard to find where the message actually is in the all the garbage copypasta. It makes conversing with a buyer or seller incredibly painful.
On top of that, there's a lot of malformed HTML showing up as plain text.
