Greetings... I am requesting help with ebay customer support, which was always a pain and promlematic to access, but now it is completely gone. I have problems with ebay in general, half of the options and preferences arent working or inaccessible. So is customer support... first of all there is no "site problems" section, second, NOTHING is working. No way to either request chat or a **bleep** simple email...

The only solution to the half Czech / half english UI thing that I found is to right click on the ebay page that is half and half languages, which brings up a variety of options.

You can choose translate.

Since it is half and half you might have to click on the three dots option and tell the translator it is in Czech. Mine figured it was already English because it detected lots of english text.

The translation is a bit iffy, but better than in Czech

I have the same problem in the Czech Republic.
I have financial claims against the ebay site itself, and there is no way to write to them in an email with an attached screenshot. This problem lasts for more than a month, I thought maybe they themselves will notice and promptly fix it. So no. The settings menu has been fixed, you can set up an account. There is no way to write to support.

And don’t send me to ask questions on social networks, I don’t plan to register for this on Twitter or Facebook
