What is wrong with the seller’s profile?

Hello!

I often notice that the pages of different sellers look different. This applies to the "Member quick links" bookmarks.
In the attachment, page 2 is a view of a regular profile.
In the recession, stritza 1 is a type of erroneous profile. What is wrong with this page, is it a site error or a fake seller profile?

I think eBay is in the process of changing the look of the Feedback page. Sometimes you see the old one and sometimes you see that new one.  Neither of them is a fake page or site error ... just eBay making a change.

It could also be a difference in the type of seller. Either basic or store subscription plus have they added pictures to their profile or customized their selling pages and set layout preferences. Although  the feedback page last I checked is not customizable. Changes made to your selling and store pages could transfer over.

Also depending on when the user started selling could also effect layout as just because eBay makes changes sometimes the users have the option to opt in. This is usually beta testing to see how things work .

This explains what is happening. It is important for me to be able to watch the "Member quick links" of the seller. I hope this information will be useful to those who paid attention to it. Good luck to all.

It could be a attempt on eBay's part to test a new layout. By removing the various links it would mean less possible traffic on their servers. However this would come at the sellers expense as it also means a buyer who is interested in the sellers items will not have a convenient way to go to the sellers other items and perhaps make a purchase of multiple items or become a return customer. While they still could click on the sellers name and through the sellers profile find their items, Or click on the sellers store icon and visit their store. The path of least resistance is what most users will fallow and take away the links they are used to and make them take other routs requiring more clicks and they may lose interest. Then they will stick to search results that are filled with promoted listings that eBay will make  the basic final value fee plus a add rate which is more then if they allowed your buyer a convenient path to your other items  and a sell that eBay would just get a basic final value fee from.
