The shipping calculator used to pop up as a window in the shipping section of my form. It is now gone and in its place there is a long list of names (with weird #0, #1, etc endings) for various types of shipping policies and three buttons that say "edit" "create" and "view". If I go to edit, I can then click on a button that says "research" to find a page that takes me to the former calculator. I then put in the weight and size of the package and click another button. This takes me to a popup window that isn't large enough and doesn't scroll, so I have to zoom out to the point at which I can't see the print and try to select my two or three options. Once I do that, I can save or save and close, but it won't let me do either as it says I can't edit the "policy." I just spent more than an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with a customer rep who could not figure it out either. Is there a setting that has changed? Can I go back to the old system?
