Website not accessible

I can use my app on the phone OK but have not been able to get to the site at all on my computer. Just saying that it can't be reached. No wonder my sales are gone if people are having this problem too.

How are you trying to reach eBay? Using a bookmark or link, or typing the address into your browser? Try going directly to ebay.com or to another eBay page rather than using a bookmark to rule out a problem with an old link that is not redirecting properly.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try another device to rule out a device issue.

Try another network to rule out a network issue.

Try going to ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to rule out a problem reaching a particular site.

I can reach Facebook and YouTube but not Ebay in any way. I am using Chrome browser on my computer. I don't have issues with the phone app but can't do everything through my phone. I have read that others are having outages too.

What eBay page are trying to reach? Have you tried another?

If you can reach the site map, then eBay is not down and you should be able to reach other pages from there. That works if the main eBay page is not loading for you for some reason.

From the community page you are currently posting on, you should be able to reach the main eBay page by clicking on the eBay logo in the upper left corner of the page, or your My eBay page by clicking on your image icon in the upper right corner and following the link from the drop-down menu.

If those links are not working, try another browser to rule out an issue with your version of Chrome.
