Variation FRUSTRATION

I am very frustrated with variation listings.  I have tried a few times over the last several months to do variations listings.  Today, I tried again.   I got everything put in there, took me about an hour to do it all, and then when I pushed the "list item" button, the button greyed out, and then came back active.  I hit it a few times, and it did the exact same thing.  So I then resorted to pushing the "save draft" button, and the whole screen grays out while the little circle spins... and spins, and spins... and it doesn't save it.  So now I have wasted AN HOUR of my time.... AGAIN - this isn't my first run around with variations.  I have gone through this a few times, and when I loose that much time, I get so frustrated I want to throw my computer out the window!   It's not my computer's fault though.  It is Ebays fault, and I know that because all other listings will list just fine.  I will be able to list these items separately and they will be just fine.  WHY did I decide to try "Variations" again today!?   Your guess is as good as mine.  Can SOMEONE from eBay PLEASE FIX THIS!   I am tired of being lured into trying it, thinking it will be better for my listings to do a variation listing - to get all of the other colors exposure by listing them all together.   So THIS is why I am so FRUSTRATED!!!!   I hate wasting my time on crap that DOES NOT WORK!

After letting it spin for several minutes, I finally refreshed the screen, and lost everything, so now I relisted them separately, and as I predicted that went through totally fine.

Are you using the Business Listing tool or the new Unified Listing tool?

Which browser and version?

Others have had variations disappear like this a few months ago, and then that issue seemed resolved.

I am using the regular listing tool, and as far as I know, not the unified listing tool...   How do I know what I am using?

Below are screenshots showing how the two different tools look when starting a listing.

 

When selecting the "Variations" option on either tool, the same variation editor appears to be shared by both tools. So I don't think that the issue lies with the variation creation, but more likely in the tool's process that saves the listing.

In the past, some have said that the Business Lister would seem to spin at the point of processing the fees that display prior to posting the listing.
