Has eBay done something intentional whereby a Canadian Seller cannot print shipping labels on eBay.com because I do not have a USA "shipping from" address? My first experience was Jan. 13/18.
Why is it also that the Suggestions that pop up to ones question under SUBJECT can be Suggestions from years and years ago? Probably this can be filtered but I never seen so much useless untimely **bleep** in the Discussion groups.
Okay I understand rates cannot be calculated but rather estimated / Flat Rate but I thought, at one time at least, the print label feature did work. In any case printing the label can be done in PayPal and we know that eBay has an arrangement with Shippo where labels to some destinations can be bought and printed. We're getting by but no thanks for a more user friendly eBay in the humble opinion of a small seller that's been on eBay since 1999. Thanks for your time.
