Unable to list items on desktop or mobile

I've tried to list 3 items for sale this evening, only to be met with "we're having trouble finding this page" on dektop and "there was a network error" on the app after clicking "list item". I've noticed at least one other user having similar issues, but the system status is all green. Is anyone else having issues? I've tried contacting support but no one is currently available

Are you trying to list on ebay.com, or ebay.co.uk?

If you have not listed in a while, check your listing limits -- eBay has been limiting dormant seller accounts to very minimal sales, in some cases one item or less than $10 total.

If a limit is the problem, you may have to contact eBay customer service to get an account review and demonstrate that the account has not been hijacked in order to get your limit raised to a reasonable level.

Network errors in the eBay app can be the result of using an old version of the app; make sure you have the latest version for your operating system.
