The app won't let me access my transactions

I was signed into my app and I was going through my transactions when it acted like it signed me out and then when I clicked on transactions again it gives me this error message: Hello, you can use your email or username, to continue with your social account. A red exclamation symbol: You have exceeded the daily limit so access for this individual function will be denied for the rest of the day. Please try later. 

It will not allow me to sign in using any of those options. I am working on my taxes and I want to review those individual transactions that are much easier to read on the app then the statements which cut off mid month!

The app has limits to the number of times you can sign in in a 24 hour period. Once you have reached that limit, you can no longer sign in until the next day.

You should be able to use a browser to sign in to your account and check your transactions.

If you have more than one eBay account, make sure you are signing in to the correct account.

it signed me out then cycled through my face id about 10 times then popped up with that error message.  That was definitely a glitch on the eBay app. Is this a midnight next day or a 24 hour next day?

It might be midnight, Pacific Time -- not sure.

Just wondering if you were eventually able to log back in thru the app because Im having the same issue. Its been over 24 hours for me and I haven’t been able to.
