Tens machine

I purchased 2 machines recently , when they arrived I found no displays on screen.

The battery cover was glued shut. When I got it open , there were no electronic components inside , no battery connections..SCAM. They block everything I try to do to complain. 

They under $20 each but the worry is there are several companies selling this identical unt on EBay.. is it all the same company?

File a return request and choose the reason "doesn't work or defective." Instructions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041

TENS units are against eBay's medical devices policy. eBay will eventually catch up with those sellers and shut them down.

Open a "not as described" case to return this item.

Go to your "Purchases" screen.  On the right hand side is a column of blue ovals -- click on "More actions."

Scroll down to "Return this item" -- click on that.

You will be sent to the "Return item" screen -- click on "Item is defective" -- then follow the instructions.

Your seller will be forced to send you a return label -- return the item and your seller will be forced to refund you.

If your seller refuses to accept the return, eBay will force a refund from the seller's account, and you keep the item.

Do NOT open an "Item not received" case!
