Original post here, thought this would be a better place to post it:
To summarise I cannot have the restrictions on my account lifted because according to eBay support "there are indications I am not in control of my inventory". I provided multiple PDF's of proof that I have all the stock I sell on hand, but it did not help. According to eBay support I have to follow the drop shipping policy for a month before the restrictions can be removed however I have not drop shipped on ebay for more than a year and have spent ~4 months trying to get this resolved. Would appreciate if someone working at eBay can possibly help with this, thanks.

Hey @ausdeals - this is the .com board not the .com.au board. You'll need to work with eBay customer service directly on this, there's not much we can do for you on this peer forum regarding a drop shipping restriction. Only CS can handle issues like that and it's best to work with CS on the .com.au domain where you're registered.

Unfortunately customer support is unable to help since the restrictions were given automatically and they have no option to remove it - so I think the only chance of getting any resolution to this would be to report the bug and hope it gets fixed eventually. I checked and didn't any places to report bugs on the AU board sadly, but thank you for the help
