Store Newsletter

It's now THREE WEEKS that my store Newsletter was not received by any of my subscribers as well as me. I reported this to eBay the first week and they assured me it would be fixed but it still is not working. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I've been having the same problem for about the same period of time - no emails opened by anyone on my list since an October 4 mailing--no copies of supposedly sent emails received by me since September 20. Was just searching the boards to see if anyone else was having this problem. Apparently so.

Yes, I've been experiencing the same problem...called 3 times in 2 weeks and still keep getting no solid answers ...I decided the get 72 more hours before i start calling multiple times a day.......and with the holidays coming i'd sure like all of us to be able to market ourselves!!

Long time not work.

SInce this is included the store subscription fee (when we opened the store account, the news letter service was exactly included) , eBay should give refund / credit for the all store subscriber.
