Sold item on ebay. Received message from ebay confirming , customers purchase. When I click on drop down or How would you like to respond I receive this notice from ebay "Sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem. Please go back and try again". Nothing I do seems to correct the problem. I'm at a total lost for what to do. thanks

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you sold with.
Find the transaction in your eBay account and go from there rather than using the email.
