Sold item is not showing on website

I received a notification on the ebay app and in my emails that I sold an item. However on the website, it shows nothing so I cannot print out a label and get it shipped. The item is no longer in my inventory so I know it has sold. Is this a glitch with eBay? It's very frustrating.

tyler@ebay  posted that a lot of pages have been reported missing today and eBay aware of the problem.
