Size 40 search returns include 46

I've noticed this bug for quite some time:  when I search in Men's clothing for size 40 say in Suit Separates, it invariably returns size 46 items in the results.  This is true in regular web browsers AND the IOS app. Hope someone can fix this, it has been annoying me for years.

Try including 40 as a keyword in addition to filtering by size:

You may still see some size 46 40W results mixed in. You might be able to exclude those by explicitly excluding 46:
