Hello,

I am trying to return 5 pieces of Amazonite hearts.  I sent a message to the seller and didn't hear for awhile.  So then I started the refund process.  He gave me the seller's address.  Then it disappeared.  I didn't write it down and can't find it.  I KEEP TRYING TO RETURN IT BUT EBAY SAYS-There is a technical issue=Try again.  I keep trying and it says the same thing.  I just got another notice today to return the hearts and get a shipping label.  I click on it and get the same message.  Technical issue try again.  I'm running out of time.  This is August 15 and I have to return the

Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don't get the option to print a RETURN LABEL.

I am getting the same problem that reads:

We're working on it!
Try again in a bit. If that doesn't work, you've got a few other options.

I'm wondering if I can use the Paypal free return service???
