Resolve a Problem drop down menu is making me sign in over and over and over...

Buyer wants to cancel. Fine. I go to the drop down menu, "Resolve a Problem." It wants me to sign in. I already AM signed in. But, fine. I sign in with my password. And...same page again. Sign in. And again. Sign in. I clear my cache, I go to another browser. Sign in! Sign in! It's not saying my password or ID are wrong; it's just a Groundhog Day reloading of the same page over and over.

Meanwhile, My eBay now says I need to ship an item...and I click on it...but there is nothing there. It's an item from long ago, buyer has it and is happy. Clearly major glitches with eBay.

I tried to chat with customer service just now. Got the "that service currently unavailable" message. Calling eBay, same thing. Recording says to go to the site for help, then hangs up.

EBay what is going on?

Others have had problems recently when using the "resolve a problem" link on the sold item page; most likely the problem is just a bad link.

Try going through the Resolution Center link at the bottom of the page instead. That may work better for you.

If I go to seller hub, then sold listings, I can resolve the problem with unpaid item from there.  From the old sold page, there is a bad link.
