Reply with Offer - email - is broken

Right now - when I try to Reply with Offer from eBay email - after I fill out the offer info and click send - it takes me to a fairly blank page that only has the eBay header and says "Error". 

Hopefully this gets to someone to fix this issue.

Hi, I also tried replying to a message with an offer a couple days ago and received this message: There is an active offer for this buyer or limit of offers was reached. They had not placed any offers. I spoke with an eBay representative who said it was because the potential buyer had a strike against their account, and they would first need to resolve it with eBay. Today, I tried to reply to another message with an offer on a different item and buyer and got the same message???!!!

Exactly the same issue as the OP. Apparently not a priority for ebay to fix this? Why have the function of it's not going to work?

Does this have anything to do with the new policy of buyer's needing to enter payment details when THEY make an offer?

Same here. I contacted ebay through chat and they said Ebay is aware of the situation and are working on it. Which, lets face it none of us have faith in that statement. So the only thing to do is anyone reading these posts complain to ebay, the more people that complain maybe they'll actually start fixing it.

Still broken.  I just got a simple "ERROR" page when trying to submit a reply with offer from within eBay.

Tried the Reply with Offer button in a potential buyers email today and also got the less than helpful "Error" response as shown in the attached image file.  Workaround is to create a new listing?
