I have trued to give a refund 15-20 times since yesterday. Will not go through?

Do you have enough money in your PayPal account to cover the full cost of the item, shipping, plus any taxes or fees?

It is no longer enough to have a payment method connected to your account, you must have a cash balance to cover the full refund amount, I believe.
