QR Code Not Received on My Phone Gmail - But it is received on my Windows Laptop Gmail

I had been using the new QR code method of generating shipping labels. It worked find for a couple of months. I chose QR code after selling an item at the printing page. An email showed up on my phone's Gmail with QR code attached. I showed the email/QR code to the postal clerk, which they scanned and a label was printed. One day my phone stopped getting the email with the QR code. My Gmail on my Windows laptop however was getting the QR emails. This has resulted in one label mix up as I had downloaded the QR code graphic and emailed it to myself as an attachment. But this way, I had to try and make note of which QR code went with which item.

I'm asking if anyone else has experienced this problem or if someone can suggest a solution.

Are you using an Android phone? Mine did an Android Update as few days ago, and it messed several apps up. You may need to reload the eBay app or your Gmail account.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Gmail account on both devices.

If you are using a Gmail app on your phone, try instead using a browser (possibly in desktop mode?) to read your mail, and see if the QR code is visible using that method. Or vice versa.
