Purchased item

I purchased an item from Ebay but it is not showing up in my purchases.  I need to return the item, but can't because I can't find it on Ebay.  How do I get my purchase put in my purchases file?

Look in your email for your order confirmation. You can use this email to view your order details, contact the seller, track your order, or start a return if you need to send your item back.

It might be under hidden purchases. There is a link to see such an order. This happens to me often

There was a glitch on December 4th.  THREE of my purchases on December 4th have completely disappeared from my account records!  The /order= URLs say "ORDER NOT FOUND".  The /itm URLs display the item as having "Ended".

Thank heavens I got all 3 items, otherwise I would up S-creek without a paddle!  Not being able to access the order page is a serious bug in EBay !!  I was auditing my December purchases when I noticed this bug.  I have reported my experience of the bug HERE.
