Purchased a pair of shoes but now cannot send message to seller, I can send messages to others

I bought a pretty expensive pair of Jordans from a seller. Waited a few days for him to ship but he hasn't provided any updates. I messaged him but I am continuously getting error messages to try later. I tried messaging other sellers and my messages go through. Has he blocked me? If so, I need to process a refund!

In the listing where you made your purchase, there was an estimated delivery date.

If that date has passed by at least one day, you can open an item not received case with eBay.

If that date is still in the future, then you will have to wait, since that date was shown to you before you bought and you agreed to wait at least until then.

eBay turns off communication when it's an Authenticity Guarantee transaction @buus689. It's highly unlikely the seller blocked you.

If it was a fixed price (not auction format) listing, you can go to the shipping section to see the seller's handling time on the listing - that's the length of business days the seller has to get the item in the mail. From there it would need to be processed at the authentication center before eventually making its way to you.
