Hey all,
Anyone having issues accessing their purchase history? Mine is completely empty. I have checked all filters, etc.
I have returned an item and communication with the seller has been reasonable. However, in order to 'open a case to arrange a refund' I need to access the original purchase.
Despite the confirmation email and messages between myself and the seller, ebay does not appear to have recorded the purchase. Any ideas? TiA

You are registered in the UK, but you are currently on the US site. You might want to sign out here and sign back in there.
A few general things to check if an item does not appear in your purchase history:
Did it ever appear? Is it possible you purchased the item as a guest, or with another account? If you purchased as a guest, you should have received an email with instructions for following the progress of your order:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/paying-items/buying-guest?id=4035
Has it been more than 60 days since purchase? 60 days is the default view of purchase history, but you should be able to see some information about orders from this year and the last two calendar years.
Does the item appear in your Resolution Center? It may be found there if a case has been opened or a refund already started. There should be a link to the Resolution Center (or Centre) at the bottom of each eBay page.
Has the item (or seller) been removed from eBay? That would prevent the item from appearing in your Purchase History.
If you can locate the item page (on a watch list perhaps?), there should be a link to the item you purchased even if it is a multiple item or the listing has changed since.
Also worth checking for a link to the item:

I am having a similar issue. There is absolutely NOTHING in my purchase history. I have made purchases in the past 12 months that do not show up. Moreover when I enter the name of the purchased item, and do a "sold items" search, it only goes back to December 2018! WTH is this maddness?? Like 90 days max! I am SOOOO not amused with ebay right now.

The default view of the Purchase History page is 60 days, but you can also choose "year-to-date" or either of the two previous calendar years. Ninety days is about how long item listings remain on the site, so you will not be able to see the actual item listings of items older than that, but you can see your basic order information.
