I bought a laptop that was advertised to be in good condition, but when I got it there were many problems with it and I requested a return. The seller didn't comply until I got eBay involved. When I shipped back the laptop, the seller is saying i sent back a Ketchup bottle instead of the laptop. And I got a message from eBay saying they sent me an email "requesting further information to allow us to investigate your case" but I checked my email (including junk and spam) multiple times and I never received the email they said they sent.
