Printing shipping label technical issues

I am trying to return an item but when I click on the link to the shipping label I am brought to a technical error page that says "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." I have been having this problem for a few days and it has not been solved. I have also tried multiple different web browsers.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. If you are signed in to the wrong account, the link will give you that error message.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email.
