Printer friendly receipt will only print in Landscape

Beginning yesterday, 11/03/21, my ebay receipts will only print in landscape format. I haven't changed any settings, and I've verified that my printer is set up to default to portrait format. All my other documents print just fine - it's only the ebay receipts that switch to landscape. I've tried other browsers, but the problem persists. Is anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it?

Apparently at least one user was able to change the orientation by changing both the browser print setting and the system dialog print setting.

Thanks for your help eburtonlab. Strangely, today it will print fine in Firefox. Yesterday, not so much.

Control-P on a Windows machine. I believe using a mac, you can use Option-Command-P.

Having the same issue. I tried changing the system print settings as well as the ebay settings.

I was able to get it to print in Portrait but the print would not condense to fit the page and half

the printing was off the page. Still have not found a decent fix for this.
