It only occurs on some of my this August. I complete a new listing, including price of course, click to list, and when i access the listing a little later to check, it appears with a price 20 per cent higher than I originally listed it at!
1. End Listing and re-list = the same.
2. End Listing and sell similar = the same.
3. End Listing, adjust some minor details under Sell Similar = the same.
4. List other items and then sell similar = the same (and the other items are okay).
5. Four out of five of my most recent listings are showing the wrong price!
Have never encountered or heard of this problem.

@westnorfolknotes - I see you're in the UK. There's currently a glitch going on that is adding VAT on some listings when it shouldn't.
There are several threads about it on the UK eBay community, but this one seems to be the most active and has responses from eBay staff. I'd recommend posting there to add yourself to the list of impacted sellers.
