Paying For Offers In Advance

Hi, I am being asked to pay for offers in advance which I will not do as I place bids on multiple items and quantities.  The seller then discounts the P&P cost etc due to multiple items won.  I will not add a payment method as that will not take into account of P&P discounts etc.  How can this feature be removed?  I will not be buying again from Ebay if this is the case going forward, nor will I sell anything.

Sellers can turn it on/off on their buyer management page.

Buyers have no control over it.

You can ask the seller if they're willing to either turn off auto-pay or add you to their buyer exemption list to allow combined shipping on multiple items. They are within their rights to say no. eBay added auto-pay as a default selection for sellers because unpaid items have been a big problem on this site.
