Dear esinem42o,
Thank you for submitting your change of email address request. Instructions on completing the change have been sent to your new email address. Once the process is completed, your eBay-related email will no longer be routed to this email address.
If you did not make this change, check with family members and others who may have access to your account first. If you still feel that an unauthorized person has changed your email, get help here:

How do you know for a fact nobody tried to change it?
Is that IP address in the email notification yours? If it isn't then it looks like someone else has access to your account and may have changed the email address for the eBay account. If the case, follow the instructions in that notification email.
You also need to be sure that email notification came from eBay and is not a spoof, and that that link in the email is not a redirection to somewhere else. Do not click that link in the email unless you are sure that the email is from eBay. If you need to go to that link, here it is sanitized: http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidence/isgw-account-theft-reporting.html

@esinem42o- can you tell if that's a spoof/phishing email?
If it's really from eBay, there should also be a copy in your My ebay > Messages folder.
You can contact eBay Trust & Safety if you have concerns:
Go here, and click on the Call Us button at the bottom of the page - they respond 24/7:
